You may recognize this Queen from the first (and only) season of the Bachelorette Canada or as the badass traveling, hairstyling, mountain loving beauty on Instagram.
You’ll find her up in the mountains, chilling in the forest with her perfect hair (seriously… she is flawless) and inspiring women to be upfront about what they want and need and to voice that opinion, no matter how difficult. As “the one” on the Bachelorette Canada, she showed up honest, kind, classy and intelligent in a situation that is unbelievably onerous to navigate.

Making another person laugh
What is the most important lesson you learned while filming the Bachelorette?
I learned that it’s okay to be upfront about your needs and I learned what those needs are in a partnership.
How do you make the world a better place?
I think I try to be as positive and friendly as I can be with strangers, which hopefully transfers into the rest of their day and inspires them to be kind to other people who cross their paths.
What is your favorite place to escape?
Into the mountains.
What’s one thing in your life that make you feel strong?
My mom makes me feel strong – whenever I’m struggling or upset, she will talk to me with honesty and bring me back down to earth.
If you had one day left to live, what would you do first?
I would hop on a plane and travel somewhere exotic (hopefully not too far though, because I don’t wanna be dead by the time I get there).
Who is the one person on Earth that knows you the best?
My friend Laurelly knows me best – I’m not afraid to share the good or bad parts of myself with her.

What’s something you’ve never done, but always wanted to?
I have never babysat a monkey, but I really wanna babysit a monkey.

My boyfriend saying something really sweet to me.
What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
When I went to Nicaragua with the intention of taking over a hair salon and running a business in a country I had never been to. I didn’t stay. Haha.
What’s your favorite joke?
What do you call a cow with no legs? Ground beef.
What gives your life meaning?
Connecting with other people, enjoying my surroundings, exploring new places.
What inspires you to be better?
The older I get, the more conscious I become of my downfalls and negative attributes. That inspires me to be better and improve on those areas of myself.
As you get older, what are you becoming more afraid of?
My mortality. Haha. Ugh.
What do you take for granted?
I think I take the fact that I’m a healthy, able bodied person for granted, because I can do anythingggg and should fill my day with more activities.
What makes a good life?
Family, friends, learning and growing always.
What advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?
I’d let myself know that every heart ache I’ve experienced would lead me into a well-rounded person.
What are the top three things you want to accomplish before you die?
See more of the world, have a family, live abroad.
